KNOWING ME
The author is an Educator and International Speaker. His work is a major part of the gradual reform movement in Liberian academia where Liberian scholars develop textbooks that address the current issues the nation face. This movement seeks to find indigenous solutions to Liberia's problems as opposed to relying on solutions imported from outside of the system.
He and his family fled the Liberian Civil War. However, the experiences in several refugee camps left an imprint on his life. His longing for the homeland he'd left, led him to develop a special interest in the diverse culture of his people.
When he is not doing academic work, he follows his passion for writing which leads him on a fascinating journey. He is a leading modern Liberian Folklorist. He has written many short stories and poems as a result of his intense interest in Literature and History, especially Liberian Folklore and History. He is an active social commentator as well who runs several social blogs.
He heads the recently established Liberian think tank- Think Liberia. They are currently undertaking a project to create the largest free online Liberian database.
Currently, he resides in Asia, with his family where he continues his writing. He has two series coming up soon! Watch out for them.
